Light amber ale with a firm dense head. Light flavour slightly sour. Light flavour ends in a full bodied classic bitter finish.

Amber ale with a soapy nose. Light flavor, slightly hoppy with a mild finish.

Light brown colour. Quite a sharp smell. Light taste with a light maltiness with a tart bitterness to finish.

Single Hop's Pacific Gem (4.0%)
Sampled in Cask.
A cloudy gold Ale. The nose was very fruity and hoppy. The flavour was a refreshing burst of a light beer with a grape finish.
