IPA, tangy and refreshing with a light bitter aftertaste, unfortunately, it was on a nitrokeg, so was pressurised out instead of being hand draw, this smoothflow, then gives much smaller bubbles and a much more aerated feeling, and seems to suppress the flavour, also not helped with it being served at larger temperature. Certainly, if you want to try this to its fullest potential go for a proper hand drawn pump, bottled or even in a tin.Monday 30 July 2012
