Oakham Ales' JHB (3.7%)

Another day and another Oakham Ale. Crystal clear like the Inferno, and again I was suspicious that this would be just another pale beer. Very hoppy and fruity, though more subtly fuity. A goregous biscuit flavour to this one. Given how pale this is I was surprised by the depth of flavour.

Oakham Ales' Inferno (4.0%)

Crystal clear ale very light golden in colour. At first I thought it would be very similar to their Citra, but I much preferred this one to the citra. Brilliantly hoppy and fruity across the tongue it is completed well with a nice bitter dry finish.

Oakham Ales' Citra (4.2%)

I tried this following a friends raving about it. Tasted in cask.

It was a very pale beer, I usually prefer things more ruby, but it had a citriusy nose that also developed in the taste. Quite refreshing but with a strong bitter after taste.
